You can customize each key on the keyboard with your own photo from iPhoto or your own camera.

Double tap a key to edit. The key editor will pop-up.
Tap "Custom" to use a custom image.
Double tap to pick an image. If your device has a camera, you will be asked whether you want to take a photo or select an image from the library. In our example, we will pick a photo from the iPhoto library.
Select the image you like, and it will be shown in the custom image box of the key editor.
Tap the label and enter a new string using the regular iPad keyboard which will slide in from the bottom (not shown in our animation)
Tap anywhere outside the key editor to dismiss it and save your changes

You enable customization in the settings panel of the application by setting "editing" to ON. You find the settings panel outside of the MetaTouch application under Settings>MetaTouch. Here you can also select the application language and turn the sound ON or OFF.
